While he might sit at the top of the org chart, Prentis’ collaborative style keeps him connected to colleagues and customers alike. In fact, it’s these interactions that keep him energized to push the boundaries of what’s possible and motivated to bring his best self to the table.
Prentis’ credentials include two master of science degrees (one in mechanical engineering and one in business administration from MIT’s Sloan School of Management), along with a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Chief Customer Officer
When crucial decisions need to be made, Daniel steps up, overseeing all Private & Public Sector customer-facing and growth functions, including go-to-market (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success), Corporate Development, and Customer Operations.
Daniel has built a reputation for aligning companies for success and thrives when he’s leading complex organizational change and turnarounds, implementing scalable processes, and driving higher levels of revenue and profitability.
This is why top companies like Amazon, Perot Systems, and Dell have tapped Daniel to level up their SaaS and eCommerce pursuits. Before diving headfirst into the business world, Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and was a Marshall Memorial Fellow.
Chief Technology Officer
Terry owns all the technology at ODP including Varis. Prior to ODP, Terry was the CTO for Amazon Business for 6 of his 9 Amazon years where he built the product and technology that led a growth to $25B annual revenue.
Previously at Amazon, he owned Vendor Tools, Internal Retail Systems, and Hardware Planning and founded the Austin Amazon site. Terry worked at Microsoft for 12 years where he worked on three continents where he led efforts on developer tools, parallel and high performance computing, 64-bit Windows, and Unix Migration.
Terry holds degrees from Texas A&M University in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Before joining Varis, Bobby was the Chief Human Resources Officer for a private equity owned tech industrial conglomerate (Boyd Corporation) with $1.4B+ in revenue and a global footprint. He was responsible for creating a 3-year HR strategy that drove standardization, consistency and efficiency within the organization while improving the speed to market and rapid decision making.
From 2009-2013, he was the Vice President of Human Resources supporting the Honeywell Aerospace business as the Human Resources Executive for the Asia Pacific Region and the Air Transport and Regional business. Bobby’s previous team consisted of HR leaders in the U.S., EMEA and Asia Pacific. During this team, Bobby was on an expat assignment in Shanghai, China.
Bobby earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and earned his master’s in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University.
Senior Vice President, Public Sector
Anne brings strong leadership and deep knowledge of public sector procurement to the table, managing the P&L for our public sector business, including how we pursue and grow public sector customer and partner development.
She has a history of making supply chains more modern and efficient, advancing innovative and socially responsible policies and solutions. This is what led Amazon Business to task her with scaling their business to support sourcing and procurement requirements, including regulatory compliance, across national and local customers.
If her accomplishments in the public sector weren’t enough, Anne also previously served as U.S. Chief Acquisition Officer, a U.S. Senate confirmed position, within the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
Chief Experience & Product Officer
Stephanie is a dynamic force, infusing her contagious energy into collaborative team efforts with buying organizations, suppliers, and teams across Varis. Her passion lies in understanding customers, shaping vision, and transforming ideas into reality. At Varis, Stephanie spearheads the design and product management teams, approaching every facet of the customer experience as an opportunity for understanding, analysis, definition, design, and customer delight.
A driving force behind industry-changing innovations in procurement, business intelligence, and education, Stephanie has a track record of innovation, collaboration, and delivery. Her impactful career journey includes global leadership positions at Amazon Business, AWS Quicksight and the invention of Q, and Blackboard.
Stephanie holds two degrees in Computer Science, a BS from Kennesaw State University, and a MS from The George Washington University, with a focus in human-computer interaction.
Ever the perpetual learner, Stephanie is a veracious reader and is rarely seen without a cup of coffee in hand. She actively champions inclusivity in the tech industry, working tirelessly to create space for under-represented voices so that they are not just heard and seen but empowered to lead.
Vice President Business Operations
Jen builds the big picture view and translates it to execution as she drives our excellence in operating and scaling for customers.
A strategic thought leader, Jen has the unique ability to create an environment where people who initially have a vertical way of thinking work together to achieve success.
Jen has worked with an impressive list of companies that include Blink Health, Amazon Business, and Target. She also holds an MLIS from The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in English language and Literature and Political Science from Kenyon College.
